In 2002, I had a vision to establish a different kind of Search Firm. I believed that for a Search Firm to provide a true value to its customers, it needs to bring more to the table than just an expertise in recruiting – a customer needs more. I felt that without a combined expertise in Professional Search along with an in-depth comprehensive understanding of a specific marketplace – the customer was being cheated.

BINC employs a team of Search Consultants that are proud of the service we provide – and are even more proud of the results we have delivered to our customers. Each of our Search Consultants holds an expertise in Professional Search along with a mastery of one specific portion within the Software Marketplace – BINC currently represents an expertise in the Enterprise, Web Application/Service, Business Intelligence, Infrastructure/Tools, and Mobile markets. We have also had tremendous success in helping to grow Startup Software Firms – across all company departments.

BINC brings to the table an expertise in Professional Search along with an expertise in the Software Marketplace. Our approach has been very successful in attracting the best companies and candidates that the Software Marketplace has to offer.
